Job Responsibilities:
As a Liquid Filling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Liquid Filling machines to ensure smooth and efficient production. You will also ensure product quality, safety compliance, and timely output.
Set up and operate the liquid filling machine according to the production schedule.
Adjust machine settings for different product specifications (Volume, viscosity, container sizes)
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the machine.
Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues; report major problems to the maintenance team/Production officer.
Follow all safety Protocols and hygiene standards as per CGMP.
Independent machine changeover as per SOP within the given time.

Control over wastage of packing components like plugs and caps during filling operation to reduce the cost of operation and the cost of product.
Standardize container handling (guides, conveyors, star wheels) to prevent scuffing and misfeeds.
Check the initial machine settings for all parameters effectively to have minimum rejections during filling and increase productivity.
