Job Responsibilities:
Co-ordinates in planning and organizing the manufacturing process of the company.
Implement operational manuals, production plans and programs. Ensures conformance of manufacturing processes with organizational objectives and policies with the coordination of the Production Sr. Manager / Manager. Monitors drug manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements of cGMP. Ensures that all standard yields are maintained by production lines. Control production process and production facilities. Handel and complete deviation and incident reports as and when required. Ensures the general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the manufacturing areas. Ensures that all production equipment is maintained in good working order. Ensures that there is discipline and good working culture among the staff. Makes sure the on-the-job training of production personnel. Ensures the hygienic condition of production personnel. Ensure production people wear masks, gloves and shoes before entering into production. Prepares daily shift records Performs other duties as assigned by the Production Sr. Manager / Manager. Responsible for any delay during daily as well as weekly work schedule. Mainly supervises duties of subordinates, operators and rest of workers. Candidate Criteria:
Male candidate preferably B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc. with minimum 6-8 years’ experience in the similar field residing at Navsari or from the South Gujarat region.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Blister Pack Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining blister packaging machines to ensure smooth and efficient production. You will also ensure product quality, safety compliance, and timely output.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor blister packing machines (PVC/Alu, Alu/Alu).
Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments as required.
Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain production logs, quality checks, and maintenance records.
Candidate criteria:
Only Male candidates preferred.
Presently staying near Navsari or from the South Gujarat region and ready to relocate Navsari, Gujarat.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma Mechanical.

Job Responsibilities:
Market analysis and research for developing new products and launching new products.
Work in the Field to evaluate effectiveness of Strategies and formulate new strategies and monitor and motivate field staff. Training and development of Field Staff. Creation of Artwork in conjunction with artist including conceptualizing, copywriting, designing of leave behinds, literatures, packing materials such labels/cartons, visual aids, etc. Getting quotations, comparing the same, finalizing specifications, placing orders and follow up for delivery of promotional items including gifts. Understand the basic requirements of artworks for packing material. Develop motivational activities. Sourcing of medicines and product related research for existing products. Oversee systems in office for monitoring and improve sales performance of field and products. Candidate criteria: B.Pharm/B.Sc with minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales & marketing of pharmaceutical formulations out of which minimum one year should be in the field as an MR and other 2 years’ experience in Office in core PMT function, responsible for multiple tasks including training & development of field staff.
Should have a strong command over written & verbal communication in English. Should be well versed in Corel draw or willingness to learn it. Should be a permanent resident from Mumbai & have accommodation here. |
