Job Responsibilities:

Monitors drug manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements of cGMP. Ensures that all standard yields are maintained by production lines. Control production process and production facilities. Handel and complete deviation and incident reports as and when required. Ensures the general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the manufacturing areas. Ensures that all production equipment is maintained in good working order. Ensures that there is discipline and good working culture among the staff. Makes sure the on-the-job training of production personnel. Ensures the hygienic condition of production personnel. Ensure production people wear masks, gloves and shoes before entering into production. Prepares daily shift records Performs other duties as assigned by the Production Sr. Manager / Manager. Responsible for any delay during daily as well as weekly work schedule. Mainly supervises duties of subordinates, operators and rest of workers. Candidate Criteria:

Job Responsibilities:
As a Liquid Filling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Liquid Filling machines to ensure smooth and efficient production. You will also ensure product quality, safety compliance, and timely output.
Set up and operate the liquid filling machine according to the production schedule.
Adjust machine settings for different product specifications (Volume, viscosity, container sizes)
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the machine.
Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues; report major problems to the maintenance team/Production officer.
Follow all safety Protocols and hygiene standards as per CGMP.
Independent machine changeover as per SOP within the given time.
Can handle troubleshooting effectively with a possible solution.
Follow all Sanitation and SOP related to the operation of the Liquid filling department, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Regular in-process checks for fill volume, in addition to in-process checks taken by IPQA and Production officer and corrections in volume setting.
Reduction in overall filling rejection by efficient filling machine settings.
Increased productivity by minimum stoppage of the filling machine through improved machine settings.
Ideas to reduce changeover time to cut the idle time of changeover.
Control over wastage of packing components like plugs and caps during filling operation to reduce the cost of operation and the cost of product.
Standardize container handling (guides, conveyors, star wheels) to prevent scuffing and misfeeds.
Check the initial machine settings for all parameters effectively to have minimum rejections during filling and increase productivity.
