Market analysis and research for developing new products and launching new products. Work in the Field to evaluate effectiveness of Strategies and formulate new strategies and monitor and motivate field staff. Training and development of Field Staff. Creation of Artwork in conjunction with artist including conceptualizing, copywriting, designing of leave behinds, literatures, packing materials such labels/cartons, visual aids, etc. Getting quotations, comparing the same, finalizing specifications, placing orders and follow up for delivery of promotional items including gifts. Understand the basic requirements of artworks for packing material. Develop motivational activities. Sourcing of medicines and product related research for existing products. Oversee systems in office for monitoring and improve sales performance of field and products.

Candidate Criteria: –

B.Pharm/B.Sc with minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales & marketing of pharmaceutical formulations out of which minimum one year should be in the field as an MR and other experience in Office in PMT function, responsible for multiple tasks including training & development of field staff. Should have a strong command over written & verbal communication in English. Should be well versed in Corel draw or willingness to learn it. Should be a permanent resident from Mumbai & have accommodation here.

1. Manage information technology and computer systems (software and hardware) of overall HO and factory independently. 2. Ensure security of data, network access, backup systems and firewall. 3. Procurement of IT infrastructure and applications, evaluating of software suitable for organization, vendor management, negotiation and finalizing of commercials. 4. Monitoring and maintaining ERP, EPBAX and PRI lines; periodic review and maintenance of the same. 5. Ensure all systems are secure and operational. 6. Respond to IT-related issues and requests. 7. Research and develop new systems and technology solutions to improve operations. 8. Establish best practices for IT security. 9. Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures. 10. Provide technical support and assistance to employees. 11. Managing and monitoring of Microsoft Office 365 (Emails solution, MS Team, and MS SharePoint) and admin portal. 12. Monitor Cloud backup and Cloud ERP server 13. Managing SEO and Website.

Candidate Criteria: –

B.SC/B.Com graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a system administrator from any industry. Basic knowledge and experience in MS Navision/Business Central is preferred.

Follow up with the client regarding payment, in accordance with the agreed payment terms and conditions. · Follow up with the factory team regarding shipment readiness, in line with the agreed dispatch schedule. · To prepare pre-shipment & post shipment documents dispatch the shipment further. · Generate other relevant shipping documents as required for dispatching the shipments. · Coordinate with the Customs House Agent (CHA)/ Freight Forwarder and the nominated logistics agent until the shipment is fully cleared. · Verify & approve the CHA documents, including the checklist, Shipping Bill, and AWB/BL copy, to ensure accuracy and compliance before proceeding. · Submitting the CHA and freight forwarding bills to the accounts for payment. · To prepare and maintain all MIS. · To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities. · Manage the necessary administration and documentation for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all export activities. Liaising with regulatory as required. · Liaison with overseas customers and update them on their orders and queries. · Should have all knowledge all the various incentive schemes by the government. · Domestic Inventory & Dispatch- Responsible for domestic CSA location stock verification, remittance checks, monitoring expiry/breakage/non-moving inventory, and preparing dispatch advice for sample allocations. Also ensures timely sales loading of CSA and Online sales invoice posting. · Reporting & Coordination -Verifies transporter/third-party bills, shares outstanding and expiry reports with relevant teams, and monitors CSA/C&F temperature and expiry formats for compliance.

Candidate Criteria: –

BCOM/B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharm graduate with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience from formulation industry.
